1897 Half cent olive green King Edward VII as child, top sheet margin strips of twenty of all five printing orders with American Bank Note Company, all with security punch and SPECIMEN overprints (various types), three with printer's handstamp mostly in selvedge. Some reinforcement and storage flaws as usual with these. This is one of two known sets. the 1905 strip shows MISSING OVERPRINT on Position 1; the only known example. Showpiece. Very Fine. ex.
