1860 (June 23) Envelope mailed from Yarmouth to Durham, England, bearing a diagonal bisect of the Three pence blue with large margins on both sides and a single Six pence yellow green Heraldic, well clear to large margins, both cancelled by oval mute grids in black; paying the Seven and Half pence rate to England via Halifax. Neat Yarmouth dispatch double arc datestamp in red and oval (JU27) Halifax transits, and Durham receiver (JY9) backstamps, some faults on top backflap, otherwise a clean cover with very nice appearance. Accompanying certificate states: "While stamps are not tied to cover in the opinion of the committee the cover and usage of the stamps appears to be genuine in all respects". A very scarce bisect cover, with Georg Buhler guarantee handstamp, Very Fine. 2002 Greene Foundation cert.
